Jacqueline is a graduate of Plattsburgh State University with a dual major in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She earned her law degree from Albany Law School with a concentration in Business Law. Jacqueline's practice is focused on Business and Commercial Law, Real Estate, as well as Land Use and Planning. She actively represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential property as well as developers in all facets of new construction development. She has successfully worked on developing condominium and HOA offering plans and submitting those to NY State under the new submission guidelines. Jacqueline is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association where she serves on the Real Property Law Section Committee.
