Jessica E. Stover earned her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law, in May 2004, and her Juris Doctorate degree, in May 2002, from the Syracuse University College of Law. Ms. Stover also received a B.A., cum laude, with a double major in Political Science and in German from Union College, in June 1999. She is admitted to practice in New York State. She is a member of the Saratoga County and New York State Bar Associations. Ms. Stover concentrates her area of practice in Real Property law, including residential and commercial purchase and sales; leases; bank representation; real estate title; condominiums and HOAs; new construction development; and real property litigation. At her previous law firm, Ms. Stover supervised and managed the Loss Mitigation Department, which included advising and communicating regularly with institutional lenders on all matters pertaining to loss mitigation services throughout the U.S.; extensive title review and clearance; and document drafting of loan modification agreements, forbearance agreements, partial claim mortgages, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
