Rebecca A. Borden has been practicing law for over 17 years. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, with a double major in Government and Philosophy and a minor in Law & Society from Skidmore College in 1995, and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 1998. Ms. Borden has experience representing major lenders, investors, guarantors, local banks, title companies and title underwriters on a national level in all aspects of loss mitigation, including title claims and title curative work. Her additional areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate law, zoning and land use, condominium law and formations, business law and formations, corporate and commercial transactions. Ms. Borden is admitted to practice in New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. She is also a licensed title agent in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
